The billing for St Joseph's Medical is the worst thing I have experienced. You literally receive 30 different bills for one procedure and you have no idea what you are supposed to pay. Then they tell you they are sending the bill to collections. Their customer service is AWFUL. I receive a letter saying I owe $140 and pay now or it will go to collections, but you call and the amount changes to $210. Seriously been on hold for 45min just to schedule an appointment
Impossible to reach anyone on the phone, been on hold 45+ minutes. I have been trying to renew a very routine prescription for the past 12 days and counting and have been told by two different receptionists over the phone and in person that my Dr. is on maternity leave but they will have the covering physician handle it and call me back. I have never received a call back and it is now day 3 of not having my medication. Absolutely livid.
My husband and I walked in without an appointment and were seen reasonably fast. The staff was very nice and seem genuinely caring, best doctor visit experience we’ve had.
Amazing staff at Dr Smith’s office. Thank you Irene, Shelly and of course Dr Smith. I always feel confident that every question wa answered and if I call, Shelly will call me back in a timely manner. Love this place v
