I would like to commend the lab team that was on duty today for their exceptional service. When I arrived for fasting lab work, I was given #61. The counter was on #34 and the patients had spilled out of the overflowing waiting room into the hallway, so I braced myself for a long wait. However, over the next hour or so I watched as the team handled the situation with kindness, efficiency, patience and compassion. There wasn't even a hint of stress or frustration. Sadly St. Joseph Heritage @ Santa Ana, changed for worse..... I called requesting to be switched to another ALLERGY Specialist. Then, after 9 days, Christina from Dr's Bach's office called me with a totally wrong message Stating: You do not need a referral to see the SKIN Specialist!!! I sent an e-mail to my doctor the next day that it was 07/23/15 about the error, to this date; I have not heard a word.
