I recently stayed at St John of God Bendigo for surgery, and as this was my sixth admission there, I felt it was worth sharing how consistently wonderful the care has been. Every staff member I came across was friendly, caring, and professional. The nurses were amazing and always made me feel comfortable and supported, and the doctor, anaesthetist, and theatre staff helped put me at ease during what can be a stressful time. I visited your page and saw that you already have chat tools like Messenger, Facebook, and WhatsApp, but I haven't seen you integrate MultiMe for multilingual chat. This would be very convenient if you have many international clients, benefiting both you and your clients, allowing both sides to easily communicate in their native language while still understanding each other. I suggest you add MultiMe to your platform to make it easier to communicate with your international clients.

A pleasant experience from the moment you step inside you feel right at home. The calm feeling this hospital has is just what you need. All staff were awesome from the front desk to the lovely ladys in orange that assisted me to the theatre check in. Anesthetist was very pleasant, funny and explained the procedure very well. If I could I would rate this hospital 1 star this hospital I wouldn’t even send my dog here it’s that disgusting my nan got surgery here and had a horrible experience they treated her so poorly, didn’t check up on her or anything for 6 hours at a time didn’t give her medication that she needs. Sent her home when she wasn’t okay then 3 hours later I had to take her to Bendigo hospital they are shocked that she got sent home
