Verified Renter St. James Crossing is located in a beautiful area. It is surrounded with all your needs, mall, grocery store, restaurants, bar, barbershop, medical care, and spas/salons. Just a nice all around area, the community is nice and clean with a helpful crew. Apartments are beautiful and quiet neighborhood

Verified Renter Watching the wildlife from my patio is a wonderful way to start the morning. Recently the ducks are bringing the ducklings to the pond. The service personnel are efficient and friendly.

Verified Renter When you are looking for a place to live, one of the most important issues are safety, cleanliness and how maintenance handles repairs. The maintenance guys here are the best. They are quick and tend to your mtx needs. My AC went out and they were quickly here and fixed the problem. KUDOS to them. Its is greatly appreciated.

Verified Renter Has been a great experience with minor downfalls.. mostly online issues that have caused problems plus a leak issue which resulted in us switching units, but it was nothing anyone could have helped. Everyone here is super nice and respectful here.

Verified Renter Close to all a major stores. Perfectly location. Older unit have a serious roach problem. The team is very responsive to issues. They are quick in resolving any issue you are going through.

Verified Renter I have lived at St James crossing for 3 years and love it here! Lots of greenery throughout a beautiful park with meandering sidewalk takes you past tennis courts and a beautiful swimming pool area with covered gazebo and newly refurbished clubhouse... dog walk areas and a mini dog park for our fur babies make it that much nicer! Lastly, I love the location in Tampa right at the crossroads of Carrollwood and Citrus Park.. I would recommend anyone looking for a one or two bedroom to come check them out!!
