Verified Renter Lived here for a year and haven’t had any major issues. Staff is friendly and respectful. Maintenance gets done in a reasonable time frame. The apartment itself was good with the exception of a few bugs (roaches, termites, etc). There is no gate so be vigilant about your car. Make sure you park in the appropriate space or else you will be towed and have to pay crazy money to get your car back. Overall not a bad place to live.

Verified Renter I love my apartment that backs up to the pond in the back. I enjoy the many ducks and no alligators. Maintenance is fairly prompt and my dog loves them. They are loved by all the pets in the complex.

Verified Renter I love the pool and the location. I do like my apartment but price is too much for what you get. There’s a lot of cutting corners when it comes to the apartment itself and needs being met. Communication could be better. I don’t feel heard or valued as a resident at times, mostly because I’ve been ignored multiple times. I also don’t appreciate smelling weed throughout the inside of my apartment when I don’t smoke it and it causes me to have panic attacks.
