Safe but unprofessional staff It is a safe apartment complex in a good area. For that I give it 2 stars. However, staff has been unprofessional from the beginning. My apartment smelled like marijuana for months due to neighbors smoking. A letter was sent out and then nothing was done about it. Maintenance requests take forever to get fixed and are not properly taken care of so it becomes a reoccurring issue. I often did not have hot water and had a reoccurring leak they just put plaster over. When moving out I knew I could n... read more

Verified Renter Love it here! The pool is always clean. Maintenance always is super responsive. Everyone is super nice. I save money on the gym. And the office staff is awesome

Verified Renter The apartments are quiet and conveniently located. The grounds are well kept. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the laundry facility. It can get messy and often machines are out of order.

Verified Renter St. James Crossing is located in a beautiful area. It is surrounded with all your needs, mall, grocery store, restaurants, bar, barbershop, medical care, and spas/salons. Just a nice all around area, the community is nice and clean.
