Verified Renter I've lived here for a little over 3 years and its been a pretty smooth ride. The maintenance team responds to calls very fast and they make sure each ticket is closed quickly. The office staff has had a few changes but i can say the current crew has been the best. Neighbors aren't grumpy there's always a smile, a nod, or a Hey! I feel safe here. Verified Renter I love that I have the opportunity to win a gift card for participating in community activities first and foremost. Second of all, the community of residents are very friendly and welcoming neighbors. While I enjoy the pool and tennis courts, at times the laundry facility can be an issue when it comes to broken machines. The stray cats fighting at night are also a slight disturbance; however minor compared to the positive living experience as a whole.
