Verified Renter St James Crossing is perfectly located within Carrolwood/Tampa, nothing is too far away and Veterans Expressway is only 2 minutes away by car. The pool is great as are the other amenities and the leasing office staff and maintenance guys are awesome. 5/5

Verified Renter Very peaceful, clean and well maintained community. Technology features are making life comfortable. Nice patio too. I am staying in 1 bedroom apartment and so far its good. I am enjoying my stay here. Groceries, restaurants, medical store and all other basic needs are really near and walkable.

Verified Renter St James has really stepped up their game even tho rent a little high i see huge difference in access to amenities, laundry machines are not constantly down anymore, landscaping is done weekly looks very nice, pool is routinely kept up with also staff has reached out to help with any dissatisfaction i may have had. Office staff is great very friendly and quick with responses which is very much appreciated..

Verified Renter Everything is great here , very quite and everyone in office is very helpful Everytime , when thing not working or broken they come soon as possible to fixed it and we been loving it here , only thing is parking but I would recommend others to stay here and rent varies around here
