They get you in and rip you off Stuck in a lease with them and nothing gets fixed.. they also like to write their own reviews and take down negative ones cause it’s easier to do that. Then to fix anything in the apartment.. Literally plugs and lights go out Ac goes out and you have to contact corporate to get things done . The office is for show and that’s it cause they are definitely useless in all accounts
Sub-par property with a lot of issues! I lived at St. James Crossing for less than 6 months in 2019 before fighting my way out. My apartment was poorly maintained with constant AC issues, non-working washers and dryers, unstable floorboards, unfriendly and unethical management, and the list goes on and on... Many residents will attest, the constant flow of tow trucks through the property is extremely excessive and doesn’t build trust and rapport, but more so highlights the lack of respect from management who doesn't include ... read more

One of the best experiences I have had, I have been here for five years and love it! They do a great job. I gotta give them credit. You should move to this location! not even a mile from a park, Walk able to Publix, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, CVS, Walgreen's, and its less than 5 mins away from the Citrus Park Mall via bus or 3 mins from your car to the expressway, you can be at International Plaza/ Mall in 10 mins or less. They take good care of you No matter what, who what where when why, they are quick, efficient, and very friendly. This place is my home now, thanks to the friendly staff and such.I have lived here 6 years and have loved every minute.

Good apartment The apartment itself is nice. I love the vaulted ceilings and the size is very comfortable for us. My biggest complaints are outside the apartment. The fitness center is very small, and it feels too crowded if someone else is in there with you. Parking is tough. You have to go to the other Launary facility to refill your laundry card which can be annoying. I don't know why they don't have another machine in the other facility. St. James Crossing - Buyer Beware Not worth what you pay for in rent. Apartments are small and overpriced. There are no sidewalks, parking is a nightmare never anywhere to park close to your apartment, the tennis court is always flooded, maintenance takes months to respond to requests unless it's and emergency. Good luck if you have a noisy neighbor because nothing will get done about no matter how much you complain. Resident My apartment was robbed and electronics were taken and my building had no security. The laundry room on property have broken down dryers and the money is never refunded which make a loss and I have to go to another laundry place off property which is inconvenient
