Verified Renter My move in day was sad, it was clear the apartment wasn't checked prior to move in after the last tenant left. There was a lot of issues I had to fix myself. Once I fixed what I could the apartment was nice! There is still a lot of work to be done though.

Verified Renter Well maintained apartment complex will work with your needs and wants overall a wonderful place. Very nice pool and amenities, slightly expensive (but we are in Tampa what do you expect, also the location is literally 20 minutes from everything.)
