Brian Habel is a manipulative, lying, slimeball.
After being unsuccessful selling my property myself I did some research and called around to find a realtor. I ended up having Brian help me sell my home. The home had some drawbacks and would require a certain buyer. He researched the home and provided me that research and gave me an informed opinion of the value and how to properly market it.
