We stayed in Estancia S101 When we arrived, one of the bedrooms had a noticeable amount of hair on the sheets and a small stain that wiped away easily with just water, which made me question whether the bedding had been washed. I checked the other beds, and all of them had hair and stains. The decorative pillows were also quite dirty. Booked Las Palmas unit 1910 and had a poor rental experience. The unit was first falsely advertised as a bottom level when in fact it's the top floor 3rd level. This was important in my search for a place to stay with kids coming and going in the various activities at the resort. So much easier to be on the bottom floor with a useable back door to watch smaller children play out back in the playground and walking paths. Do not buy or rent at Las Palmas if you need an elevator. My 90 year old father hasn’t been able to live in his condo since Thanksgiving because the elevator is down. I have left 6 messages for the manager Michael Hudnall with no response since November. They don’t care. They told people next door to carry their adult child (with a disability) up and down the stairs! Don’t buy or rent here if you want someone to answer the phone if you have a concern!
Great condos, make a meal rest and get ready to have fun, close to everything and very convenient, incredible views too. We stayed in #506
