This place used to be 5 stars but no longer. The staff don’t communicate with each other. I have called multiple times about a prior authorization and no one knows if it’s been done. I get transferred and sent to the same email and yet no results. If you want interdisciplinary communication this is not the place to go.
So far it is negative for 1 reason, it states on their web site all schedule times are MDT, but in Mesquite, Nevada they are PDT and it specifically states on their website the times are MDT, so we arrived an hour early and were told to come back in an hour. When someone with severe mental health problems, just coming to the first appointment is an extremely difficult step. To be told to come back in an hour is unacceptable. We may not come back. Not a good first impression at all, especially when they have no office staff a... read more
