I will give them at least 1 star because apparently there is not an option for zero stars and because the sales department was very friendly and helpful while trying to sell us a vehicle. I had a bad experience at first due to a few mistakes. I can’t tell you how amazing Jared (the owner) and Joseph are. I was thinking before I met with him that he was going to be another car dealership out for money. I was so completely wrong. Jared is a honest man with integrity. I’m pretty sure maybe 1% or less, of car dealerships would have done what Jared did to make things right. I don’t Cry very often but I did after that meeting. Do not use this company. I bought a car at the 700 s location and everything that could go wrong has. Missing paperwork, several miscommunications, promotions offered that they do not follow through with, etc. They also treat their customers like garbage. Tim at the service desk is the only employee at the entire 700 location that has been of any help. Everyone else cannot do their job and not only that but they are incredibly rude throughout the process.
They are the best to work with I would go to them anytime I love these guys you can’t go wrong
The manager fired a man who's kid was having open heart surgery.
