I was seen with a very short wait time. The NP, Daniel was very concerned, attentive and listened to every issue. The nurse that came in to administer shots, hugged me because she remembered me from last visit and said she had me on her prayer list. Even the girl at the front desk was very kind and doing a great job and was a face I had not seen before.
Went in with several dog bites and clawing, got treated right away. 😇
Had to take my 5 year old grandson there yesterday evening for stitches above his eye. Couldn't have been treated better! Thanks to the staff from start to finish! Got right in and out. Very pleasant experience in light of circumstances!
They are the nicest medical staff I have encountered in a long time!

Being new to the area, I have not established a family doctor. I had become very ill, suffering for many weeks with a horrible outbreak of shingles. It had gotton so bad I knew I could not sit waiting for hours in a hospital emergency room. My son came over and saw the condition I was in and took me to St. Francis Urgent Care about 5:30pm. I took my boys in for second degree sunburn and they were seen quickly and all of the ladies were nothing but nice to us. I couldn't have asked for better
