The admissions nurse and doctor was very nice! He took time to speak with me and address my concerns. The only thing I would change is the wait time which wasn't too bad.

My son had Type B flu and had tamaflu called in which CVS ran out of. I called and asked that they call the prescription in to Walgreens and they told me they were about to close in 10 minutes but would leave a note. St. Francis Urgent Care is only a band-aid station. My son had been running a fever for several days with a bad cough. Gave a Rx for cough syrup & sinus med. Had to go to another Dr. to get correct treatment with breathing treatment, 2 inhalers & an antibiotic. Fever broke within 24 hours. Will NEVER return here.

Will not be going back. The Dr. that saw me was in there less than a minute.

I took my son there running a fever yesterday over a hundred and one and I checked in there around 1 o'clock p.m. and it took till after 3 for him to be seen then for the nurse to come in and tell me his temperature is 103 like I did something wrong pissed me off really bad. Like I told her we had been sitting out there since 1 o'clock you shouldn't expect any more than his temperature to keep going up if you're not seeing anyone within a timely manner not to mention they had one person on nurse practitioner trying to see al... read more
