The day after being treated by the Nurse practitioner and receiving nothing but a rude attitude and 5 prednisone pills, I had to go back to another doctor for a Z pac and steroid shot. I even told her that I had a weakened immune system after battling cancer for 7 1/2 years but she couldn’t be bothered. This place exemplifies the phrase there is no humanity left in healthcare.

Super friendly staff from the front desk, to nurses and the Dr! I brought my 8 year old... he had a strep test and never once felt anxious with any of the tests! If (when) we get sick, we will be back
Our family always uses and loves St Francis. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.
This place is a joke!! They only allow one parent to go back with the child yet a single parent can bring multiple kids back with their sick kid!! Why make a parent choose which one to go back? No one knows what’s going on and the receptionist is too busy playing on her phone to actually listen to what you’re saying!! I’ll never bring my baby back here again!! Would’ve been better off going to the ER!!
