The front office is very unprofessional and rude.
St Francis pediatric outpatient therapy is literally the most bs place I have ever had experience with, my son went there years ago for swallow therapy they randomly called me one day and said their therapist was fired and we needed to find someone else because they didn’t have anyone they could help us. Now I have an almost 1 year old who will not eat solid food, we have been trying to get in to see them for 3 months and every time they’ve cancelled because “their therapist isn’t there” are they ever there? Saint francis pediatrics nurses & doctors service sucks. it felt like being surrounded by evil people 😒 my son was not feeling good and we waited more than 30 minutes in a room with no one coming in to check on us. on top of that one of the nurses came just to tell me to get back in my room🤣 it felt so unreal😅 she did not asked if we were ok or how my son was doing. she approached us & said CAN I HELP YOU? 🤣 anyways, i’m done coming here. Be cautious of their pediatric psychiatry department. The rush through with patients and lightly push people into in-house care. They will ignore feedback from parents and don’t actually listen to patients and children. They even mentioned that they wished they had the power to take away parental decision making rights.
