Unprofessional staff here for children, I have cancelled all appointments with Brittany and Ashley (PT/OT) as they were not interactive and dismissive of my son in general. My husband was taking my son to these appointments and I had to see for myself how bad they actually were to even cancel everything. After switching from a male PT, every appointment after was very dismissive. The OT woman even called my son pitiful for crying during an activity. I would not recommend this place AT ALL.
The front office is very unprofessional and rude.
St Francis pediatric outpatient therapy is literally the most bs place I have ever had experience with, my son went there years ago for swallow therapy they randomly called me one day and said their therapist was fired and we needed to find someone else because they didn’t have anyone they could help us. Now I have an almost 1 year old who will not eat solid food, we have been trying to get in to see them for 3 months and every time they’ve cancelled because “their therapist isn’t there” are they ever there? Saint francis pediatrics nurses & doctors service sucks. it felt like being surrounded by evil people 😒 my son was not feeling good and we waited more than 30 minutes in a room with no one coming in to check on us. on top of that one of the nurses came just to tell me to get back in my room🤣 it felt so unreal😅 she did not asked if we were ok or how my son was doing. she approached us & said CAN I HELP YOU? 🤣 anyways, i’m done coming here.
