Friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr could see what was wrong right away, and made a plan to fix it
It is a well run organization. The doctor that I saw, Dr. Watters, was very personalized towards my case, and well being. Hopefully I won't be as nervous/anxious next time I go in.
I don't even know where to start. The staff doesn't make sure that you have prescriptions/appts set up that you need before you leave. They close down their lobby, turn off all the lights, and leave the front desk unattended when there is still a patient. His f/u ended up being 3 weeks late because he wasn't able to schedule before he left and he didn't get his custom brace because he was never given the rx. Got a voicemail saying he had an appt today , yet the front desk denied him having an appt and took no accountability ... read more
I had an MRI knee review with PAC Dan McKeegan yesterday and was very impressed with him as he discussed my results. He asked me if I wanted a second opinion and then brought in Dr Brown after both reviewed my MRI. I'm also very impressed with Dr Brown! He explained the results and my options and was very personable as well. I'm looking forward to Dr Brown getting my knee repaired!
After a 2 hr wait we saw the dr. 20 min plus xrays. Not good.
I came into the urgent care with excruciating hip/leg pain. I thought being a "specialized" urgent care, I could get more help than from the DR and other urgent care facilities. The wait was interminable, the medical staff was patronising and pretentious. I had to go there years ago for my carpal tunnel. They were rude then also. They behave like they're doing you a favor seeing you, even tho you're paying for it. This CAN'T be the only orthopedic place in town.
