We moved here a year ago from North Seattle, and Swedish Ballard was our "got to" ER. I had read reviews on Yelp, and some were not very complimentary. I recognize some days are busier than others, and we all want to be seen ASAP. Yesterday I had not choice to but experience first hand this facility. My husband had fallen, and I thought he needed medical attention. We both found the staff in the ER from admission to nursing staff to our ER physician to be nothing but exceptional. Dr. Brown is awesome. Most sincere and compassionate Surgeon I have ever met. Listens and explains proceedures makes the experience more comfortable. Truly out to give his patients the best care possible. �
