Almost had no wait time, once I got checked in at the Urgent Care and the staff was friendly and helpful. They really care and the doctor ecen looked up the medication, that he suggested, to make sure that it's safe to take while breastfeeding. Definitely will come back again, if need be!
My sister almost died there because nobody knew how to work the cooling blanket and they gave my sister children's motrin when her appendix Burst then proceeded to tell my mom I think you should take her to a different hospital.
They double book appointments, expect to wait over an hour to be seen
I had to wait forever to get an appointment and then they just instantly wanted to go somewhere else and I had to fight to get anything at all from them. I was very disappointed with them and this isn't the first time they have let me down.
We have had to see them for two of our children-- FANTASTIC! Love their professionalism and their bedside manner -- especially with the kids! They pay great attention to detail and make sure everything is okay before giving the consent to move forward-- but without allowing the children to malinger the injury!
Surprisingly unprofessional. After 3 reminders to be 20 minutes early for my appointment, I wasn't seen by anyone until 60 minutes AFTER that time. They had no idea why I was there - kept telling me I was going to need X-rays when I not only already had them, but had also been through an MRI. No one had looked at anything involved in my case and the Physician's Assistant was clearly ad-libbing when reading off the radiologist's interpretation of my MRI results. The doctors and nurses are an amazing group of people they make you feel like your part of the Highline family, thank you so much for the kindness you showed my sister the patient, but also me who stayed by her side, shout out to Robera, your a great nurse!!!
