RecommendedThis hospital is great. I have to say, the night shift nurses are more attentive opposed to the day shift. I was overnight December 11th. The day nurse left me alone in the bathroom and told me to buzz when I needed to go back to bed. I called and 10 minutes later, I walked to bed, this was after a hip replacement. I had to call her to ask for my pain reliever, she would only 1/2 so I called again and requested more. Took over 1/2 hour for her to respond. The CNA was more attentive than the nurse
RecommendedI had my daughter here, in 2017. The nurses were so nice, and took care of my girl and I so well. Excellent place!
Do NOT go to St. Clare's ER. It is the WORST one in Western Washington. Incompetent physicians and hateful nurses are just two of the many issues this ER has.
RecommendedAll of my staff were very attentive and friendly. I have never had any issues here. I had an emergency appendectomy Dec. 21st, 2018 and had severe complications afterward. I never felt uncomfortable or uncared for. Great team!

Care was as expected. Billing was horrible! I had a baby here and went through ER because my midwife's office wasn't open. I was only in ER for 5 minutes and didn't even sit down because one of the chairs had blood on it. I was asked to sign paperwork in the ER saying they could bill me which I did because I would expect to receive a bill for delivering a baby there (I was dilated to a 10 btw). RecommendedThe labor and delivery staff on night shift made a scary, stressful home birth transfer into a loving, gentle, empowering experience for my daughter. I am so grateful for how everything turned out and everyone was treated with respect, compassion and love. We won’t hesitate to come back if she needs you. A special thanks to Christina and Stephanie the nurses who helped us and Dr. Ho. You were all amazing ♥️
