Very poor experience on Sunday. Attending LPN more interested in possible STD than my real-life kidney infection. No saline IV was started other than the needle. Poor bedside manner as well. Recommend avoiding
I went to this clinic yesterday with urinary tract infection symptoms. The provider, Jody Colletto, focused on the potential of me having an STD. She did not believe I as a male could have a UTI. The staff failed to give me saline solution. The provider’s bedside manner was reminiscent of Cruella de Ville I was transported to Harrison Silverdale where I received outstanding care for my kidney infection and was sent home. The contrast in care was amazing. I would not recommend the Port Orchard clinic to anyone
