The front desk is very poor. The attitude is extremely poor. There is racial discrimination. Why is it so bad that people still go to work here?
I got approved to go out of network by my insurance, if they'd do a prior authorization. I'm already afraid of what will be found, and this location is 2 minutes away. My network mammography is 30-45 minutes away, depending on traffic. The lady treated me like trash!
I made apointment for a doc. And told me not come back. Not bad enough for heart doctors. No new meds for heart. To day 190 over 104 . And I drive 80,000 lbs truck and they know that. I ask for help. No help. Hospital has me out next to you on road. I have stoke next to you.
