Over two hours we’ve been waiting, that’s over two hours past The time her surgery was supposed to start with no explanation why they’re late! Patient care is the worst!!! This hospital screwed up with her cancer diagnosis I was against her coming here for this surgery and here we sit!!!
I have to compliment the staff at St Francis hospital! From the nurses and doctors in ER, to the staff in pre-op, the surgical doctors and staff, the nurses on floor 5, the cafeteria staff, maintenance and volunteers all made our stay pleasant ! I love the University of Kansas Health system St. Francis campus. I had both of my daughters here and loved the staff of the women's center. Very attentive and so sweet. I adored my midwife Kierston very much. The whole atmosphere is very friendly and very welcoming! I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a wonderful midwife to deliver their bundle of joy. If I could rate this a 10 star I would.
I've been a St Francis customer for 21 years, as they are contracted with my insurance. I have no history of abusing any drug nor any health problems. I may have fractured my toe and they will do NOTHING for me with regard to pain medication. Mind you, they will do the same thing whether it's broken or not, rest and ice. Thanks for nothing, St Francis. I'm sure if I came in and handed you $100 for a visit, I would get a prescription. You are no better than drug dealers.
