They need to quit making people reregister multiple times. It is unnecessary and a huge nuisance. Their computer system must be a big mess since one area can’t seem to get records from another. A huge problem for patients. Cotton ONeal and Stormont Vail don’t make you do that.
Came in at 5:30pm. They told me the wait is 3 hours. One person was in the waiting room. I asked how many people in front of me. She said 2 were back in the rooms. She said 6 people were ahead of me. They were simply not here. I would be concerned if 6 people were tired of waiting and left. If I did not feel so bad I would have left. This is not a way to run an (Brewster)urgent care. So very sad for KU Health Systems.

I arrived at St Francis at 5:30pm. Its is now 7:30pm and I am still sitting in the lobby in pain. I was sent over from St Francis ready care for an appendicitis attack and I have not been called in to see a doctor. I went up to the window and a rude male nurse told me that if it did burst I would feel a sensation throughout my body etc. So here I am just waiting for worst case scenario. I am very disappointed with the customer service and carelessness of the staff. Shame!
