A lady named Shannon at the front entrance would not let me help carry in my gf supplies.. I help every day bring her stuff in the hospital to get her incisions cleaned. She was rude told me I need to listen to her disrespecting me I had my mask on and basically made my girlfriend carry all her stuff up there by her self .. She just had four operations many times a week I come up here and help her So she doesn’t hurt herself. The lady wouldn’t let me go in was rude about it I’m beyond upset .. Unbelievable

My family will no longer be going st St. Francis after the way the treated their long term (40+ years) by letting them go during this time. So much for loyalty.
They care.. and always consider special needs & concerns of those who seek need medical treatment or counsel.
I spent five days on the 6th floor at St. Francis and the staff was amazing. I was disappointed that I was discharged early and didn’t get to tell everyone good bye.
My nephew is currently in this hospital and one of his nurses violated the HIPPA policy and when it was reported to the charge nurse, she blew it off. Have these people not heard that legal actions can and will be taken.
Hands down the best place to have a baby! The woman’s center is awesome! The most friendliest staff!!! Dr. Tate is the BEST! She always explained every little thing during my pregnancy! All the nurses in the birthing center are great! I no longer live in Topeka but would definitely go back to the hospital just to have another baby!!!!
