I not only get medical things done here, I also work here!!! Loving caring family of doctors, nurses, and staff!!! 10 out of 10 for me, come check it out.
I like the hospital but the billing department needs to be patient friendly. Finally received a refund due from services in April after many months of fighting with billing. Same day received a call for collection of a bill already paid but not on their books. Says it takes 10 to 15 days to get entered but they call you regardless. They want their money right now which is fair but don't want to give you your's is is fair to expect want.
Even though I make payments every month ON TIME I just got a letter my account is over due and is going to a referral agency....At NO TIME did they try to contact me or give me any notice before hand....THIS HOSPITAL IS CAUSING ME MORE STRESS THAT MY ORIGINAL AILMENT! If given the choice of hospitals in the future, I will not be going back to St. Francis
The finest hospital in Topeks, with a very caring and attentive staff!
I had a pleasant stay during my total hip replacement! The nurses rocked. They staye on top of everything, answered my calls quickly, and caught me when I was dizzy! The food was decent and always to me within 15-45 minutes. My surgeon was polite and caring.

Very friendly and warm Dr is very nice and my nurse is awesome. St Francis is amazing
Dr. Rider is a very kind doctor who listens to his patients. Samantha in his office is very friendly and accommodating. Great affiliation for St. Francis.
