The St. Francis cancer team are awesome, they really listen to the patient. For the past week as I have been battling infection #4 I have had the belief that I should postpone the third round a week, especially as I am still on two different antibiotics plus the third one that is ongoing. The team listened to my rationale and concerns, and they did not try to challenge me or make me feel as if my feelings didn't count. So, today I received another dose of iron and I'll begin round 3 next Thursday. Laurie Lewis
Very nice and thoughtful people!! I appreciate the fact that young students are so eager to learn. Veterans put you at ease, and have warm hearts. I respect the entire hospital for their professionalism, & know how. I've been admitted many times, to happy faces & at ease demeanor. They always try to make things as painless as possible. This was our first visit at St. Francis. The staff is awesome. I love the fact that you can do all the pre-registration weeks before your surgery. Your facility is very pretty, clean and neat. Could not have ask for better care. Thanks to all the friendly people who work and volunteer at St. Francis.
Took my 14 month old daughter in for a fever of 105.1 (she screams bloody murder at doctors & nurses) Marcus McKenna was the physician assistant who treated her, and he was so wonderful and patient and she only whined a tiny bit, he truly made her feel comfortable would give him 100 stars if i could. Thank you thank you thank you! :)
I have had both kids here with one being born on Christmas this year. Love the staff and wonderful hospital
My husband had appendicitis. We had excellent care from beginning to end.
This is our second child with St. Francis and if we were going to have another one, he/she would be born here as well. From prenatal to post pardon, the whole experience has been great, twice! 99% of the staff have been very pleasant.
