If I could give negative stars it would be -100. The lack of empathy is an understatement. After being told all of the blood work came back fine and she probably ate something bad further into the conversation the doctor proceeds to say "well she could have cancer there's no real test for cancer so if she did I wouldn't know it anyway" she also told me that she sent a dog home the day prior the dog was dehydrated and the dog died. My dog died here after being told he was fine and was going to get better we took Him home after being told he’ll wake up in a few hours and we took our dog home and he never woke up Took him back because of complications and we rushed the dog back for them to give him narcan to reverse the medicne they gave him to sedate him. Thank you so much to the team at St Francis emergency for helping my baby Hayley! The kindness and willingness to help was evident in each person we encountered at the hospital. Candice was super kind and hopeful, which was really supportive! Samantha’s the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond to make sure Hayley has the best chance at making it and feels loved. HUGE shout out to Samantha! We have a rambunctious, anxious, and vocal puppy who needed stitches. Samatha came in, took time to greet and help calm our puppy, which comforted us. She was so helpful and kind. If we ever need an emergency vet visit, we will go just for Samatha! Keep up the great work.
