STAY AWAYYY!!!!! In my opinion this is the worst place ever! I went there because my dog was having what we thought intestinal issues. Ontop that we waited 2 hours because he was attending to a cat in the room next to us, he was so unprofessional. We heard him curse out his staff for a fluid book that was no longer at the desk he left it at and even went as far as punching the wall or desk he didnt stop cursing at them till one of his employee told him to stop and calm down. Dr Ridge and Jasmine and all the nurse assistants was above all of my expectations when after an emergency with my Cane Corso Smoky had gotten a Fishing Lure hooked up to his bottom lip wow everything was smooth and fast even with the large dog professional and and optimal emergency pet hospital right off the Florida Turnpike I'm so glad I have that Hospital there and the Pros who run it...

This veterinary office is a godsend. Time and time again they have not only put my animals as a priority but myself as well. Years ago my cat was dealing with a severe urinary blockage and the vet that was to perform the surgery wanted to charge me over 1500 just to keep my cat alive and catheterized till the surgeon was available. I ended up bringing my cat to St Francis and they kept my cat safe and healthy till the surgery for almost nothing in comparison.
