My pup was spayed and her glue became undone. It was late and I was scared because she was bleeding. I brought her in (first time ever here) at 7pm expecting to get charged insanely and they cleaned her, gave her two staples, and lots of love for FREE! It's nice to see those that care for for your pets than the money and the lady Nicole took great care of her and was super sweet!! Thank you!

We've been taking our pups to Saint Francis for almost 5 years now, and the move to the new facility was a very smart one for them! We love that walk-ins are weekend only, and appointments need a reservation fee. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seen (I used to wait up to two hours with appointment due to walk-ins), and the techs were super friendly. I anticipated spending a lot of money, but they reviewed what pup needed what services, and didn't charge me for anything we didn't need. I don't know how much of the old st... read more
Deeply unhappy with the service lately. The Doctors seem to come in whenever they feel like it, they made my daughter sit in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours just to tell her there are no walk in's available (yes, I called and was told they do have walk ins during the week)....I used to brag and recommend St. Francis to my friends, but they have had bad experiences lately as well, so not anymore. It's too bad, it used to be a great Vet.
The girl at front desk is rude and the service was horrible..was told to have dog here by eleven and he would be seen by noon and see the doctor..drive two hours and doctors didn't come in this day and it's almost two...wouldn't recommend unless behavior change and honesty
We waited a while even though we had an appointment. But the staff was very friendly. I will be coming back.
Saint Francis Animal Hospital are very loving and caring with all animals. I habe had nothing but a positive experience there. Sadly my last few times have been to put a fur baby to sleep. They didn't rush me afterwards but let me cry. They do so much work to help people who cannot afford vet care for their pets. I would recommend Saint Francis animal hospital to everyone
