It's a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected! They take in the most urgent cases first, which is why I didn't mind waiting - I knew that if I brought my dog in and it was an emergency, they would get priority. They were extremely friendly and willing to talk through options, and I didn't feel rushed at all once we were in the room.

I have only had positive experiences at St. Francis. Everyone from check in to check out is attentive, caring, knowledgeable and understanding. You can tell they truly love their patients. The wait times can be long but I know when my companion is seen they will receive the same time and attention given to the clients before me.
The staff was amazing from beginning to end!! I have found my dogs vet for sure!!
My boyfriend had to wait over an hour and was left in a room and had to find someone to find out when we would be seen. They tried to tell him that we had no idea how to raise a cat and that there was no way that my cat could have a UTI because younger cats don't get them. we took her to another vet and comes find out she has blood in urine and has a severe infection. **Update. My first and only ever appointment went very poorly. My kitten died due to the lack of help from Dr Johnson and the poorly behaved staff. They let you sit for hours and provide NO help. Oh wait...they did do a couple of X-rays to the tune of $205 but neglected to help this poor kitten with his dehydration and wound on his leg. Gave him once dose of hydration, sent him home with antibiotic and NO pain meds. He slipped away at midnight last night in pain and I had no time to get him to ER. He failed and died within the hour.
