I have always had a great experience with St. Francis. The techs are AMAZING - super nice and knowledgeable, and Dr. Shelton is great as well. Unfortunately I brought my dog in for anxiety this week and I had a very poor experience with Dr. Johnson. just picked up my dogs from having their routine shots and realize that you all charged me $100 for two dogs office visits never mind the fact that all the shots and the medication cost a fortune but $400 for two dogs because a hundred of it was in office as it is crazy and I'm very disappointed

We've been taking Bear to SFAH since he was a pup - 5 years ago. He's been through 'The Operation', 'The Micro-Chip', multiple kinds of shots, stitches, bandages and 'the Cone'. Every single person working there is very professional and kind. They're the only people we would trust with our Bear!
