They were so great when we had an emergency with our dog, Cletus. It was our first time there and we felt so welcome and confident our dog was in capable, compassionate hands.
Amazing, loving, caring staff. Thank you all especially Nicole for having so much patience to be able to get Sariah and I through the trauma and drama of getting shots! You all are the best!!! :)
I'm giving one star based on our experience with the front desk staff who we didn't make it past because we turned right around and walked out the door based on how rudely we were spoken to when we tried to have our dog examined for a bite wound. There is no excuse for sighing and acting like you're being bothered when someone comes in the door. Unprofessional and rude.
