Almost ran over my dog yesterday and stopped just as the tire was gonna pop his eye ball out. I was there about three hours. The only care my pup got was me wiping his face with cool wet paper towels. I saw the vet twice she looked at him. And then came back to pressure me into over paying for a diagnostic test. Last weekend we had an emergent situation with our girl, Athena. She was fine in the morning and when we got home in the evening, we noticed she was extremely weak and lethargic, pale gummed, and not herself. I knew we were dealing with something emergent so I loaded her up and headed to VCSG. Polite and helpful
Today I was on a trip through Chattanooga when my pup experienced an emergency with a inflamed gland. I picked this facility based on a good rating and was utterly disappointed with the lack of compassion and arrogance. I was quoted a $140 for the visit (fine for an emergency facility) and $36 for an extraction which I was fine with and anticipated medicine.
