I thought I had found a decent PCP after not having one for over twenty years. The first visit with Dr. Trumble went well. She seemed caring and listened to all my concerns. She actually sat down and spent time wanting to know what was going on. Well today I had a follow up appointment and was shocked at how different she was!! Excellent! Gina Grove is patient, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She's on time, prepared and ready to help however she can. The staff are always kind and courteous. Tammy, the M.Asst. is friendly and empathetic. Can't say enough good things about these people.
Normally I would give a good review as I have had no issues with my doctor, Dr Trumble or the services that have been provided to me. But I went in to get some paperwork my boyfriend needed for work, as he was suffering from severe gastrointestinal issues, and I was not impressed with the attitude the receptionist gave me. The office runs like a charm and everyone is friendly and caring with the patients. The Doctors are top notch!!
