Tried to do a walk in, and was turned away. I wouldn’t leave a negative review if the person at the desk were kinder about it.
Was less than 10 minutes late due to the rain and they refused to take me. I don’t think I feel comfortable coming here nor bringing my child here if this is how they treat people.
Been seeing Dr Grove who was wonderful. Since she moved to the Newport office I was scheduled with Dr Trumble for my yearly medicare exam. Worst appointment I have ever experienced. She was physically in the room 12min. Maybe looked at my chart for an entire minute. Asked me no questions, on life style or issues I may be concerned about. Her exam lasted 2 to 3 min.
