Went for blood draw first thing in the morning. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The woman who drew my blood was kind, efficient and didn't even leave a bruise. Thank you for your genuine care and respect and.
Had a CT recently. 0730 appointment. Parked at 0725. Signed in, called back, CT completed and back to the car by 0738. Staff was very nice too.
Unfortunately I can't rate the physicians and the lab seperate. As the buildings are one unit. My issue is with my primary doctor Kathleen o'brian. I've had many issues with primary doctors from St. Elizabeth. Most issues stem from poor manners. I most likely won't be back to see Kathleen, based on her attitude toward me. In my last few visits to make it blunt. She called me paranoid about my situation, without asking if there was even any proof.
