We just passed the 1 year anniversary of my mother’s death 2 days ago. She died 1 week after a stay at RRMC with no resolution and a discharge home when she clearly wasn’t stable enough for it. We truly appreciated the $600+ bill received today (MORE than 1 year after her hospitalization) for MD services rendered at the hospital. Truly, thank you for the reminder of the exceptional service and compassion you provide to all.

I really don’t want to back to this hospital again, I am here this morning with my mom and manager Tiffany was very rude to us. I don’t know how to change the clothes for my mom and I called nurse came in for help, the manager Tiffany came in and I asked for her help than she was throwing the purple clothes to me and told me “ I will let you to it” and grave me discrimination face! They’ll fire a kitchen worker for not letting coworkers serve food that fell on the floor.
I was at St. David’s in August of 2013 from a suicide attempt. I was on drugs at the time & I didn’t how how else to end the pain. By the grace of God I was found in time. Your team saved my life. I just celebrated 6 years sober this past August & it wouldn’t of been possible without you. I would like to personally thank the nurses & doctors who took care of me. I was at St. David's for a surgery with overnight recovery. From the sweet lady that checked me in to the phlebotomist, to the Doctor and nurses and technicians that cared for me after, it was a very positive experience. I did not encounter one person that didn't make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend St. David's Round Rock for any procedure.
Visited the ER with abdominal pain and ended up having my appendix removed. Every person I interacted with was kind, empathetic, and genuinely interested in treating me holistically—body, mind, and spirit. I’ve had other procedures and visits at St. David’s over the last 10 years and the level of care has always been top notch. I’m so grateful to have the St. David’s family caring for our community. ❤️
