Racist hospital unfortunately, and don’t care whose life they destroy! Most hospitals are there to help but not St David’s Round Rock!

My mother is in there right now dying and they have no plans for the family of dying patients they have sitting on the curb horrible customer service. We have had two horrible nurses, we spent 14 hours in the ER when we came in. We have been kicked out of the chapel and the cafeteria. I don’t know how they live with themselves knowing they are keeping us away from our dying mother

RecommendedNice staff whose goal is to be happily right at your side helping you to recover and get well. First hospital where the staff make you feel like you are a pleasure to assist and not a burden. AMAZING rooms and very caring and knowledgeable staff. Can’t say enough great things!
If you are Black or Latino, would you really want your baby in the neonatal unit run by a racist? I wouldn’t!!!! Sherry Henderson-Carley is a racist who continuously posts anti-Black, anti-POC, and anti-immigrant nastiness on multiple sites... including her own! And we have the receipts!!!! Demand St. Davids fire or demote her!

This hospital hires racists to run their neonatal unit!!! Since she feels the way she does about Blacks, I don’t think this woman is fit to take care of Black children.
I honestly do not recommend this place what so ever. Y’all hospital is nothing but trash.

I understand by law, the next of kin is to decide the fate of another on life support. An estranged mother was able to call the shots for my brother-in-law. While my sister is common law married to said man on life support, the staff has opted the mother as next of kin. (Whom wouldn’t even let his daughter say her goodbyes). There is a patient in ICU8 Caleb Steth Wilson who is on life support. This hospital is allowing an abuser to make very critical decisions. She doesn’t have his best interest. She has been very absent in his life and doesn’t care for him. How is this even okay? She has refused his own daughter to come see him. It took so much to finally have that approved today?! Somethings got to change, immediately. If your loved one is ever in Caleb’s state, I highly don’t recommend this hospital being the place they go to.
