Billing practices are very deceptive. My daughter was seen in the ER in February, and we chose Round Rock only because they listed their emergency medicine department as participating in our insurance. When we were done, we settled our insurance copay with the hospital. Two months later, I have a bill for over $700 (for nothing more than a short consultation, with an incorrect diagnosis, by the way) from the doctor. The food was absolutely disgusting. Care was good. I wish the doctors had been more consistent in their communication.

Had the worst experience ever. Came in at 2 am with severe pain. Diagnosed as gall stone. Waited over 14 hours for a surgery. Kept being lied to about status and surgery times. And above all the surgeon was by far the most insensitive person I have ever encountered. I strongly advise you to seek help elsewhere
