Emergency Entrance, 919 E 32nd St, Austin, TX, 78705, United States
Get directionsThey have some of the very best staff here. I wish I could remember all the names over the past few months I've been in and out but there is 1 particular nurse, her name is Cheryl on Floor 5 East, and she has to be the best nurse I have ever had. I'm so happy to have had her taking care of me and a little sad I won't have her over the weekend. Cheryl is exactly how nurses should be, shes perfect. Thank you so much for the excellent care
We highly recommend the NICU / L&D / PP Nurses and doctors. They saved my son in an emergency c section. I could not be more grateful for the loving and compassionate people there! Dr.Choubler is amazing and i cannot thank him enough for everything! Nurse Hope in L&D is the sweetest person who genuinely cares about her patients. Nurse Brandis is such a sweetheart. And i wish i knew the older woman's name in the NICU who revived my son in the O.R. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for you!! All of you are such a blessin... read more
When someone is recovering from open heart surgery they need to not hand them a cell phone as soon as the start talking. Let them recover. Very upset about this.
worst emergency room experience of my entire life. I was completely ignored for 6 of the 8 hours I waited to be seen. physician Moeen, Rakhsinda DO completely disregarded everything I tried to explain about my history, created a diagnosis literally before I told her my symptoms and then discharged me by coming and telling "You have to leave, there are patients who are actually sick here" I have never seen a "physician" practice or should I say pretend in my entire life. I truly hope she realizes that maybe medicine isn't her... read more

My husband and I delivered our first child at Medical City Alliance last month. From beginning to end our experience was outstanding! The hospital rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the food we received was delicious with a variety of options. Every nurse we had assigned or encountered made us feel like we were the only people in the hospital. We were so thankful for Amy on delivery day. She helped us through everything and made us feel at ease throughout the entire experience. Huge shout out to Dr. Walters!... read more
After numerous attempts to sort this out... the administration and nurses have been issues. My 17 year old was threatened with the cops being called on her, when she asked the nurses to help her older brother. The nurses were around the nurses station laughing and ignoring moaning patients. The nurse Amy Newman followed my daughter and threatened to call me but never did. She then escorted my daughter out of the hospital, not allowing her access to her phone or her brother. While they were fine with her being underage at 4am... read more
We showed up at 7pm because my blood pressure was ranging from 198 / 122 to 158 / 115. I had numbness down the left side of my body and had pressure on the back of my skull. The nurse came in with an attitude and placed my blood pressure cuff on as if she was in a huge hurry and had placed it over my elbow so it wasn’t reading correctly. I felt the same symptoms but the readings were showing 129 / 75. I waited till 9:30 for the nurse to come back so finally I had my wife to fix the cuff and then it showed the actual blood pr... read more
During all of this COVID virus, I’ve had a much needed endoscopy and 2 weeks later, a colonoscopy on the 3rd floor as an out patient. My new gastrointestinal doc only works at Greenview. I admit I was nervous because I had never been here for any procedures. Their protocols for COVID are totally in place. I had 2 different COVID tests before coming in for procedures. The 3rd floor Endo staff rock!
