I’m posting this in regards to all St. David’s Hospitals in Austin. I was withheld treatment, hydration, and nutrition as well. I was transported to the ER, not bc of COVID. The nurse assigned to me was scolding with a raised voice, “This is all your fault, you should’ve been smarter and taken better care of yourself”, all while pointing her finger in my face. When I asked for water or food or even ice chips I was told, “this is a hospital, not a restaurant” and never did I receive any medications for my ailment. Please shar... read more

RecommendedWe had such an Amazing experience at the Maternity Suites at Oak Hill Hospital. Everyone was absolutely amazing, super helpful, and went way above and beyond for our family. From the admission staff, operating room staff, doctors, nurses, food service and anyone I have missed were professional and all around great! The nurses we had were the Best hands down!!! RecommendedIn all transparency, I work at this facility. But I'm currently a patient and will be for a few days. The care I have received has been phenomenal. From the ER to radiology to phlebotomy to the physicians, nurses and therapists, and to the food and nutrition people, everyone has been so kind and caring. It's amazing to see things from the other side of the coin and realize how much hard word and dedication is put in by the people who work here. RecommendedHad my first baby 6/25. I had an awesome experience in the OB. Everyone was so kind. Candice was my nurse and she was the absolute best. I am hoping she is around when I have my second child!

WORST Hospital experience I've ever seen! My dad is getting the worst treatment at this place. and communication is non-existent at best!
RecommendedAlaska Regional Hospital really has the most caring and kind staff. Kelly in Pre-op, my brief encounter with the OR nurses, Dr. Greene the anesthesiologist, Malory in recovery, and Richard the CRNA I met in recovery. Went there for a spider bite in early November 2019. Was never seen or treated by a physician, actually fell asleep in a room waiting for one to come treat me. Ended up just walking out after being there for almost 2 hours. And they sent me a bill for $870.00 I disputed the bill and refused to pay it, so they turned it over to collections. Talking with my attorney now about suing them for fraudulent charges, and fraud. Greedy people here who could careless about people they swore an oath to protect and treat.
