These people are racist and they are liars. They wouldn't give me information about my 20 year old son who was shot. Tiffany and Dale are liars. Told me that my son didn't want me there and everyone knows my son Ezekiel knows that he is a mommas boy. I want something done about these people. He needs to have surgery and I cant get any information. Isn't notifying next of kin a requirement? What if something happens while he is in surgery how will bmhe be able to tell me anything? This isn't right!

Their staff abused my Mother. She is 79 blind and nearly deaf. She arrived by ambulance when I arrived they would not even take a history from me nor a list of meds. They would not let me in when I protested they said this was an incident. I told them I had power of attorney. They did not care. My brother in Texas got 3 calls from Mom saying they were being rough with her. In retaliation. I tried to call the hospital and they refused to let me speak to any administrator. I am honestly afraid they will kill her.

I came in to the Er via ambulance because last week when I was here my dr (my usual dr (specialist I see outside of the hospital ) didn’t do the right thing and made things worse. Im in a nice room all by myself, the admitting dr consulted a dr who isn’t the dr I was seeing (THANK YOU GOD) I’ve been in my own room since Saturday the 1 of August it’s now Monday the 3. I will be having a proof one tomorrow. However I wanted to say that You have a bright star in Alecia the nurse (I am currently in room 271), she is a one of kin... read more

Once again, terrible service, and no sense of the “care” that should be in healthcare. My daughter arrived at the ED having an exacerbation of her asthma at around 7:30 pm. The website advertised a wait time of less than 20 minutes, but at 10:15 she had still not seen a Dr, had a breathing treatment, chest X-ray, or anything other than registration and verification of her insurance. Five to six people were sitting at the front desk, laughing and seeming to be thoroughly enjoying their day, yet none of them bothered to check ... read more

I went in twice while in active labor only to be told I had an irritated uterus and was sent home for the last time. Not even 4 hours later I gave birth to my daughter in my bathroom, catching her before she fell in the toilet. mind you, I was having contractions every 2-4 minutes at this time. It was also recorded on the machines but my ex and I watched them throw them away. Yet we can't get justice for what happened. She was born 1/18/20 and she was full term and perfectly healthy.
