Don't get mad, ask for Vlad. Vlad made me glad to be in the ICU. His attention to details, nursing skills, and infectious smiles aided in my recovery. I was impressed with the level of sophistication and dedication to patient education. The 7pm to 7am, patient tech, Jermaine, reminded me of my son, Obdule Ware. I went in for having chest pains and the wait wasn't long....The nursing staff was awesome and the doctor he was alright overall....I was in and out in about 3 hours....Come to find out I was having a really bad anxiety attack....Thank God that it wasn't worse....Thank you, St. David's!!
They did a great job of dealing with me ( I am hearing impaired) made sure to let me see their lips so I could lip read. I didn't have long of a wait and was able to talk to the Doctor as long as I needed. The police officer assigned to the case ( I was in a 3 car crash, not my fault) even made phone calls for me to find my car and make arrangements for me to pick it up the next day. Excellent care! Love my cardiologist, Joe Gallinghouse, and his staff! Nursing staff was wonderful. Very professional and personable. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
I was very pleased with the professional behavior of the staff. What impressed me the most was their concerned about services. The staff always greet the patient with a smile. I like that.
