Wonderful staff of caring professionals! My horrible health scare could not have been handled better. Thanks to everybody that helped with my recovery!
Its sad when the staff tells family they will do X, Y & Z...like communicate what the status is of a patient going in for surgery... THEN...never call and tell them that the patient was sitting in the holding area waiting for FOUR hours to go into surgery...yes, four hours late.... THEN...staff tells family patient is in room ____, family goes there and...WRONG...not there. They don't know where he is!!! Yes, this happened yesterday. Very poor communication. 2nd floor is great 5th floor unprofessional. Helen the nursing supervisor was so good great help in every way!
Well I was made to believe that as a patient of Shiva Lam I was supposed to die ...as a patient seeking help I found that confounding. 💩🕵☠️ I was in an extermination clinic at St David's hospital.
Wonderful Place! Excellent Service, Doctors,Nurses and Food! Very Organized Staff, did not miss a beat!
