I brought my car in to have a leaking tire and road noise looked at and was told that the problem was taken car of. Once leaving the dealership, I noticed that neither issue was fixed. My car was brought back in and once again was told that there was no issue. I then brought it to a different auto shop to have it looked out and was notified within an hour of it being there that I had two tires with flat spots and a leaking seal on the valve stem. We were in St Cloud for a basketball tournament a few weeks ago and our hatch in our Toyota Sienna wouldn’t close when we went to go to the game on a Saturday morning. We called them and they graciously got us in and got us a loaner car so we wouldn’t miss our kids games. They were able to fix it so that it opened and closed all for a minimal fee and were able to get us back on the road in a few hours!
