I purchased my 4Runner at St Cloud Toyota and I take my vehicle there for all scheduled maintenance. They are always super friendly, efficient and do a great job!
I ended up with a significantly larger bill than expected, however I was treated so well that I came away feeling cared for rather than taken advantage of. It actually ended up working to my advantage. They ended solving other issues I had with my car which in the long run saved me money.
Everyone at St Cloud Toyota was very accommodating and responsive with helping us purchase our new 4 Runner. We came up on a very cold day (below zero), and they had the 2 trucks we were interested in inside the service building and warmed up. We will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks for the great service!
Amazing customer service! Matthew K went above and beyond to help me get my Toyota Camry!! The staff is so friendly and the dealership is so clean! I cannot imagine having gone anywhere else for my first dealership car buying experience! It is so nice to feel like a person, instead of just another sale.
Love my new car! Matthew K. was so great to work with. We came in to look at one specific car, and he pulled two extras that he thought we might like. Ended up going with the car we originally came to see. I played phone tag with the finance department for a few days, but everything turned out fine. Both Mark and Matthew stayed late to finish paperwork and get my car ready for pick up. Thanks so much Matthew for everything! He was the best part of my car buying process!
