Nice pleasant salesman that wasn’t stuck on the price in the window and was willing to deal. Financing was also available with reasonable rates. After the sale the detail department did a exceptional job also.
Their service people (Dan Pope) are on top of everything. Knows the vehicles, even before it gets to technician. i needed tires. Dan recommended the perfect tires. accomodated all of my needs, answered all of my questions. I asked for a last minute oll change. (forgot to ask when i got there. they squeezed it in. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Did I mention the great deal I got when I initially purchased my Rav 4.? I live in Minneapolis and am happy to drive to St. cloud to get it serviced. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new Toyota. We have worked with Rick twice now and each time he listened to what we wanted and found the right fit. He was very easy to negotiate with. We love our new highlander.
The service staff was very friendly and they delivered my vehicle when promised. Also, they did not try and sell me anything that I did not need for my vehicle.
We were treated very well and they did not put any pressure on us. They gave us the info we needed to make our own decision.

I had a pretty good over all experience the only thing I was disappointed about is that the Acadia I bought was advertised as having the blue tooth feature, which it does not actually have. I love the car but having the advertising be wrong and thinking your buying a feature and then having it not be the case is disappointing.
