I brought my car in to have a leaking tire and road noise looked at and was told that the problem was taken car of. Once leaving the dealership, I noticed that neither issue was fixed. My car was brought back in and once again was told that there was no issue. I then brought it to a different auto shop to have it looked out and was notified within an hour of it being there that I had two tires with flat spots and a leaking seal on the valve stem. We were in St Cloud for a basketball tournament a few weeks ago and our hatch in our Toyota Sienna wouldn’t close when we went to go to the game on a Saturday morning. We called them and they graciously got us in and got us a loaner car so we wouldn’t miss our kids games. They were able to fix it so that it opened and closed all for a minimal fee and were able to get us back on the road in a few hours! D'Arcy was very very helpful and amazing would 100% recommend you go in and ask for D'Arcy if you're buying a vehicle. He was the highlight of my day. I didn't expect to have that much fun buying vehicle.

I bought a new 2018 Camary.1st off I love this car so much it is my dream car. Ok I went into St Cloud Toyota for my 5000 mile inspection. When they called and said your car is ready to b picked up I couldn't believe my eyes the car was spotless it was washed, vacuumed and all thingd topped off. CUDOS TO YOU GUYS IN THE SERVICE DEPT.
