I had a pretty good over all experience the only thing I was disappointed about is that the Acadia I bought was advertised as having the blue tooth feature, which it does not actually have. I love the car but having the advertising be wrong and thinking your buying a feature and then having it not be the case is disappointing.

it took me more than 4 hours to complete the purchase and last guy that helped me to sign the final paperwork was very rude, he did not answered my questions. the sales man Ismail was very nice he also offered me soup while I was waiting he was very kind that is what makes me to purchased the car.
We purchased a new Carolla for our daughter in college, the salesman spent the time with her prior to us coming down so she could drive it and ask questions. We felt like we got the best value for our money in terms of our trade-in value and the sale price of the new vehicle. Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient - great purchasing experience!

We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma in June and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle, Shane the salesman and the service department. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at St Cloud Toyota and I can’t imagine ever purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Definitely a five star experience!
